Become a CHR
Holiday Tree or Wreath Designer
We are offering a variety of pre-lit trees; twenty in total, including four 9-foot trees, twelve 7.5-foot trees, and four 4.5-foot trees. There are eighteen 28-inch wreaths to be designed and donated back to CHR. These creations will then be auctioned to benefit CHR.
Trees and wreaths can be decorated in any style or theme you choose, so let your imagination run wild! While CHR will supply the trees and wreaths at no cost, designers will be responsible for providing all decorations and display materials for their trees/wreaths. If selected to become a designer, you will receive a designer handbook with additional information about this event and additional guidelines and regulations on design elements.
Wreaths will be distributed to designers in September and then decorated at your home or business. You will deliver your completed wreath to the SCA on November 19th.
All tree decorating will occur at the Sanibel Community House on Tuesday, November 18th, from 1:30 – 5:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday, November 19th and 20th, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We will invite the public to view the finished trees and wreaths on Friday, November 21st, and the Benefit for CHR will take place on Saturday, November 22nd, when the trees and wreaths will be auctioned.
We expect the community to be very excited about CHR’s Enchanted Winter Wonderland and Festival of Trees! and CHR will provide a variety of activities for the public to enjoy, something for everyone!
If you are interested in participating as a designer, please complete the registration form below and submit by May 30 to GreggsCHRart@gmail.com. If selected as a designer, CHR will contact you by June 15th with a written agreement for you to sign and a designer handbook.
